Awesome place to stay for family vacation

The condo was very clean and my kids loved the bunk beds with TVs. All the little extras were very nice- especially the sound machine in the bedroom and beach wagon with chairs, umbrella and toys. We enjoyed the pools, splash pad and ocean being so conveniently located!

Family beach vacation

This rental was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 6). My kids loved the bunk beds. The unit was well stocked and even had a beach wagon and chairs for us to use, which was very helpful. We would stay here again anytime!

Great stay!

We booked this property a day prior to arrival. Owner was very receptive to all questions and the entire booking process was so easy. Check in was very easy. Property location is perfect, on the beach with great amenities!

Dance competition Trip

Property manager provided excellent communication and promptly responded to our one need. The listing was beautiful and exactly as described. Quiet room, overlooking the pool area. Would return or seek a rental from this property manager again!

Property manager was great. Kids love the bunkbeds.

The property manager was wonderful to work with. The only negative side I would say about the condo is there is a bar/restaurant across the road and the nighttime bands can sometimes be heard from the bedroom. Very nice property lots of pools, something for all age groups.

Our family enjoyed this condo; easy access to parking garage. Pool is amazing for families with kids; on the beach. Beautiful sunsets on the beach. Host responded within minutes to our two requests. They were remedied the same day as our requests. Thank you!!

Waterscape Resort is a great family resort with many pool options and an easy beautiful beach access. Although unit 430B was not as clean as it should have been. Baseboards were dusty and had hair on them. Wood work/trim/doors were not kept up. Washer had mold in it and when staying on the beach and with kids,laundry is needed. My kids were very excited about the bunk beds with TVs but they were filthy(railing and frame was sticky and surrounding wall had yuck splatters). Bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator were clean. Owner did have good communication.

Wonderful!

Our little family loved everything about this condo. The condo had everything we needed. Great location. We would walk out to the beach and spend time out there. Once the beach would fill up, we would to the pools. We had a blast in the lazy river (even as adults). The pool was perfect with the waterfall. I can’t wait to come back here and stay again. Everything from checkin to checkout process was so easy.

The unit was very neat. Accommodations were for 6 but actually would be better suited to 4. The living room is basically a bedroom. Pullout couch was not a suitable bed. Very, very uncomfortable. If its 2 adults with 2 small children it would be fine. Waterscape was alot of fun.

Wonderful Trio

Everything was great for our family fall break beach trip. The bunk beds with tv’s were a HUGE hit for my 5 and 8 year old! The two full baths were nice, I liked not having to share with the kids…this condo is the perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen had everything you would need, the washer/dryer were top notch, the beds were comfortable and there was a beach wagon and beach chairs! We had a few very minor issues and I emailed Tufin, the owner, who was VERY responsive, which we so appreciated. The resort is perfect for families with kids…the different pools, lazy river and lily pads were a big hit! It’s super easy to get to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and places to go nearby. Also, it was easy to get to your car from this property! Another nice thing was not having to wait a million years for the elevator like you do in some high rise beach condos! 10/10, will stay again.

Great location

Great location to parking garage and also the pool, base boards in the bathroom had sand and hair on them but aside from that the condo was clean and well stocked. Also beach toys, chairs, umbrella

Early Summer Vacation

This was our 5th year staying at the Waterscape Resort in Ft Walton. We had a great time, as we always do. The condo itself was clean and well taken care of. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable for our liking (too stiff) but that is all personal preference anyway. We will stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Waterscape is an amazing resort for families! It's beautiful, well taken care of, and offers lots of amenities! Great communication from the owner! My kids LOVED the bunk beds with the TVs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can't wait to go back!

Great kid friendly condo with lots of amenities

This property was perfect for my husband and our kids, the condo included a beach buggy with sand toys, umbrella and chairs to name a few. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach was included. My kids especially loved that they each had their own tv and could wind down with Netflix before bed. This unit is located close to the parking garage with ease my access to the elevators by the pool. Great locations for people wanting to be near the parking garage with a few steps from the pool.

Pleasantly Surprised

This condo isn’t in the most sought after area of Ft Walton/Destin, so we didn’t know what to expect! We were surprised to see that it was closer than we expected to some of our favorite spots. It was a great resort, with a extra large pool, LAZY RIVER and kiddie splash pad. The condo was a great size for our family of 3! I did have to reach out once about kitchen items not being clean BUT I was only letting them be aware. Owner was VERY quick to respond and asked if it were okay to send someone to take care of the issue (which wasn’t necessary). I would recommend this condo for your next trip to the area.

Wonderful condo! Wonderful owners!

Just finished another wonderful stay at Waterscape. There is so much to do in the many pools, we loved the kid-friendly activities poolside, and our kids loved the TVs in the bunk beds. We always rent from Tufan Betati (he has several units to choose from) as his condos come well-stocked with everything we need for the perfect stay!

Great location, Great Host

Waterscape is a great location on an awesome stretch of beach. The resort style pool/lazy River set up is great for family fun. The unit was as advertised and in good condition. Tufan was a great host and communicated well from booking through the end of the stay. I would highly recommend this host and condo.

Great for families

This unit is perfect for a family of 4. We had two adults, a teenager and a child. Lots of room, very clean and trendy condo. This resort is a MUST if you have children! With easy access to the pools and it being on the beach is a game changer! Will be back.
