The property manager was wonderful to work with. The only negative side I would say about the condo is there is a bar/restaurant across the road and the nighttime bands can sometimes be heard from the bedroom. Very nice property lots of pools, something for all age groups.

Our little family loved everything about this condo. The condo had everything we needed. Great location. We would walk out to the beach and spend time out there. Once the beach would fill up, we would to the pools. We had a blast in the lazy river (even as adults). The pool was perfect with the waterfall. I can’t wait to come back here and stay again. Everything from checkin to checkout process was so easy.

The unit was very neat. Accommodations were for 6 but actually would be better suited to 4. The living room is basically a bedroom. Pullout couch was not a suitable bed. Very, very uncomfortable. If its 2 adults with 2 small children it would be fine. Waterscape was alot of fun.

Everything was great for our family fall break beach trip. The bunk beds with tv’s were a HUGE hit for my 5 and 8 year old! The two full baths were nice, I liked not having to share with the kids…this condo is the perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen had everything you would need, the washer/dryer were top notch, the beds were comfortable and there was a beach wagon and beach chairs! We had a few very minor issues and I emailed Tufin, the owner, who was VERY responsive, which we so appreciated. The resort is perfect for families with kids…the different pools, lazy river and lily pads were a big hit! It’s super easy to get to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and places to go nearby. Also, it was easy to get to your car from this property! Another nice thing was not having to wait a million years for the elevator like you do in some high rise beach condos! 10/10, will stay again.

This was our 5th year staying at the Waterscape Resort in Ft Walton. We had a great time, as we always do. The condo itself was clean and well taken care of. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable for our liking (too stiff) but that is all personal preference anyway. We will stay here again.

This property was perfect for my husband and our kids, the condo included a beach buggy with sand toys, umbrella and chairs to name a few. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach was included. My kids especially loved that they each had their own tv and could wind down with Netflix before bed. This unit is located close to the parking garage with ease my access to the elevators by the pool. Great locations for people wanting to be near the parking garage with a few steps from the pool.

This condo isn’t in the most sought after area of Ft Walton/Destin, so we didn’t know what to expect! We were surprised to see that it was closer than we expected to some of our favorite spots. It was a great resort, with a extra large pool, LAZY RIVER and kiddie splash pad. The condo was a great size for our family of 3! I did have to reach out once about kitchen items not being clean BUT I was only letting them be aware. Owner was VERY quick to respond and asked if it were okay to send someone to take care of the issue (which wasn’t necessary). I would recommend this condo for your next trip to the area.

Just finished another wonderful stay at Waterscape. There is so much to do in the many pools, we loved the kid-friendly activities poolside, and our kids loved the TVs in the bunk beds. We always rent from Tufan Betati (he has several units to choose from) as his condos come well-stocked with everything we need for the perfect stay!

This unit is perfect for a family of 4. We had two adults, a teenager and a child. Lots of room, very clean and trendy condo. This resort is a MUST if you have children! With easy access to the pools and it being on the beach is a game changer! Will be back.

This property was fantastic for our short stay. The unit itself was very clean and exactly like the pix. Tufan was fantastic to work with….. if there was an issue, he was on top of it. Note……this is a very family friendly resort/complex. If you have children, it is a fantastic place to vacation. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, there are probably better options out there. Since I was there with my children, the place was fantastic. My kids LOVED having their own TV’s. This was so fantastic when we would come back from the beach/pool for a break. Tufan was VERY detailed with all directions! We so much appreciate that! We highly recommend this place. 😉
