Condo was in perfect spot for children. Amenities were great and condo came with beach chair/umbrella setup. Beds super comfy, would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Unit

This condo was perfect for our group. We had 4 kids all undee 6 years old with us. This condo is tucked in by the pools so you can just walk out of your patio to the pools and beach. You can also park right next to the condo in the parking ramp. There were tons of beach toys, goggles, chairs, boogie boards, and a beach wagon provided with the unit. Giny was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions that we had. We always have a great time at Waterscape and this unit was a great choice for a group of 4 adults and 4 young kids. Thank you for the great stay!

The best location!

This is our 4th stay at the Waterscape and I cannot say enough about the location of this unit! The spacious floor plan, access to the room without needing an elevator, ease of loading and unloading from the car, and access to the upper pool deck from the sliders was amazing! It had everything we needed!

Relaxing Get-a-way

Wonderful trip for the whole family! We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The splash pad area was perfect for the little ones. The lazy river was a bit chilly due to the time of the year but still nice. The trip was just what we needed with snow back home!

This condo is amazing and location was perfec

We love the condo! It was cute just the right amount of room. The location of the room was perfect for the kids to get out and toss a football or just run around. We had two rooms and 7 kids. Close to everything. The owners were very quick to response to any emails. They were very helpful. We will be scheduling another vacation next year. Same rooms. A lot of great memories were made there with our families

We enjoyed this condo so much! It was super convenient being on the first floor with younger ones. The kids really loved the splash pads and lazy river. Thank you so much for having chairs and a wagon for beach! Also, thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo this week. I would highly recommend this condo if you have kids. Another thing is each pool had a gate around which eases my anxiety with littles. Stewby’s is a must if you want seafood and the chicken is so yummy!

Loved this place!

So convenient! Loved all the little details like plastic plates and bowls for kids. Great location and the parking deck being right by the condo was great! We came for a Christmas getaway and it was cold but the heated pool and hot tub were great! Lots of beach and pool toys available

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay! So accommodating to be on floor level, only issue is beach access with a wagon is a little difficult. So much to do and see. Would recommend staying here! Place has beach and baby items so no need to bring anything (we didn’t read that prior to coming, wish we would have). Very fun family times! Lots of activities at the resort and off if desired.

Convenient

This condo is nice if you have small children. No elevator or stairs to deal with, just walk out on the patio and right to the pool. Parking is close and convenient.

Enjoyed Waterscape!

The only issue we had was at check in the inspector did not approve the cleaning that had been done so we were unable to check in until 1.5 hours later. The property is as advertised. Good location for our family of 9 with 3 under 3 years old, it was nice being close to the toddler pool.

Two TN Families

We are two Tennessee families that have vacationed at Waterscape once. In the meantime we have had another child so connivence was a necessity. This condo suited us perfectly. It is a ground level room right outside of the "kid" splash pool. It also has a grassy area where they played every afternoon. We had plenty of space with three bedrooms plus the bunk and couch. Ginny was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be returning!

All around awesome accommodations

I am a single parent with 7 children, ages 5 to 14, and this was the perfect condo for us. The convenience of parking right outside one door and the playground and beach access outside the other, what more could I ask for? Ginny made me feel welcome in her home and made sure I had everything I needed. There were plenty of towels and pillows and blankets. There was not anything I needed that was not already there during my week. The condo is within easy access to plenty of shopping and activities. However, we enjoyed the beach, hot tub, heated pool and gym at the condo the most. I would highly recommend Ginny and her condo to anyone looking to enjoy the Gulf!

Perfect condo with kids

Ginny was the best. She kept in contact with us all through the rental process. The condo was situated on the grass level, so it is perfect for kids and close to the kiddie area. It was perfect for 6 adults and 2 babies. Didn't know she had a pack and play so we rented cribs. There was even a portable high chair in the closet. It is child friendly--no glass tables etc. There were games and books in the console. I would highly suggest this condo. It was our 4th time to Waterscape, and this was the best!

Best Condo in Waterscape!!!!!

We went down for my kids spring break and this condo could not of been any better. The location was fabulous. It was literally a ten foot walk from the car to the condo. Right outside the back door was a huge grassy area for the kids to play and the pools were a few feet further. We have stayed in other condo's in Waterscape and it is SO worth it to be on the 2nd floor and not have to take an elevator/stairs to get to the pool/beach. The condo was decorated so nicely and we could not of asked for better owners. All questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend any friends/family to stay in C206! We will be back soon.

Cleanliness needs improvement

Location and amenities ranked superior. Response to our request for repairs of broken door latch was outstanding 👏 Condo itself, while initially appealing to the eye, lacked cleanliness...no TP or extra garbage bags?? Watered down liquid soaps?? Dirty dishes......Floors gritty....hair dryer nonfunctional...vaccumwith no suction.....that and more......we feel we left the condo in better condition than we greeted it.....

Excellent condo and vacation!

My husband and I, our two teenagers, and grandparents stayed during July 4 week. We found the condo to be very spacious and accommodating. Loved the ground floor and patio area. The best feature of this condo was the parking found just outside the condo door inside the garage! No elevators! No luggage carts! No hot cars! And the parking spots were always open even during this peak season week. My teens enjoyed the variety of pools as well as the beach chairs which were always easy to obtain. My only negative about Waterscape is that there are not nearly enough pool chairs during a full capacity week. People try to reserve seats which must be done by 8:30am and then someone must stay with chairs or close by in the pool or the security workers will remove your belongings. This did not happen to us but we watched (and were entertained) by the drama and frustration this situation ensued over and over during the week. My advice: A) Reserve and stay with seats. B) Look around upper deck pools. They stay free until 9:30-10am. C) Use the system and go to a security guy and ask if there are any reserved chairs that have been left unattended. This is not the condo owners' fault but I would find it helpful to know the system! We rented a boat from Boogies Watersports by Margaritaville in Harborwalk Village. It was an excellent fun day at Crab Island where kids paddle boarded and played on inflatables. Lots to do! Favorite restaurants were Boshamps just past Harborwalk in Destin. My dad said they had the best oysters he has ever eaten! All the food was delicious! We also loved Caffe Italia just over bridge in Ft Walton. Food was sooo good, great waterfront atmosphere. You can make reservations and even reserve a cabana table waterside for a fee. We made reservations for the 4th and had perfect view of fireworks without the crowds! Overall, it was a wonderful condo and week with fun for everyone!

Great unit, great customer service!

This is our 4th visiting Waterscape and our favorite unit by far. Great location. We especially loved being so close to our parking space and the elevator.
