“The rooms were clean”

“It was a super busy weekend with families in town for various tournaments. But the staff was always pleasant and accommodating Special shout out to Alice at the local eatery on site. She’s top-notch and definitely deserves a raise. Will definitely be staying here again. Super family friendly and I love that they allow pets of all size.”

“We pretty much always stay here when in Penticton. It is consistent, reliable and convenient. With at least one meal at the Hooded Merganser. Unfortunately, always have 1 of 3 items on the menu; which I love. Assume the rest of menu is great as well. Front desk staff are usually over the top amazing, so when occasionally they are average it seems like a huge let down. Overall, we keep coming back year after year, sometimes 3 times in a year. Highly recommend this place.”

“All 6 pillows were super thick and big. Couldn’t sleep properly at all. Ended up sleeping without any pillow. ”

“Great location. Even though we were right next to a busy road, our room was very quiet. The beds were great. We slept very well. The staff were very pleasant and allowed us to access our rooms early so we could leave our luggage in the room instead of taking it with us while we toured the local wineries. Ample parking.”

“The room was very spacious - we had a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful - even helped carry our stuff up the stairs. They also came to the room to assist with Wifi connection. It was very windy while we were there and lost internet and cable for one night though. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, though there was no paper towel. Lots of pots and fry pans. There was a dishwasher but no……

“It could have been better, the whole building is very old and appliances that are being used is also really really old. No electrical port in washroom, couldn’t use the hair dryer which was a mess for us. Pool was out of service and not clean at all. It was overall an okay experience but we definitely will be looking at other options in the future.”

“Good place for our pooches but furniture was shabby, threadbare blankets. The deck is cracking & loose debris under foot.”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”

“My husband and I usually come here every year. We love everything about the property, clean, comfortable accessible, walkable the people that own it are very, very nice people definitely worth it.”
