The breakfast was good, but let down by being a little cold.
The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room.

It was shocking to arrive to the front portion of the property with donut vendors, Wallace & Gromit shows and various selfie stations. The hotel in behind this was lovely. We opted to hike the area continuing along the Coastal path to Sennen.

Amazing view from the room with seaview (room no 26 has a panorama window)!!! Very friendly staff, good breakfast (always great seaviews from the restaurant) and perfect overall experience. Could not be better! In the evening - when all the daytourists are gone - it is an amazing spot!

Very accommodative staff.
We had a very pleasant experience.
Kid really loved the experiences next day with the 4D Movies and the golf.
The staff was really helpful on our departure for my family to hang around as we had a car breakdown.

The views were stunning, we did have exceptional weather which really helps. We were able to be changed to a dog friendly room on the advice of the staff(we had intended that the dog slept in the comfortable dog box in the car). Bar was a nice area to lounge in the evening after sunset. We visited the Minack Theatre and walked to Sennen. A lovely three day stay that we would recommend others also enjoy.
