「Hidden fees when we checked in!!!!!!!! I had 2 reservations the first one I was told I had to pay a "destination fee" then when I argued it's a hidden fee they dropped the issue. Now my second reservation was because our condo couldn't be ready for a nother couple days so we just stayed where we were. I went downstairs to office to explain and they refused to let us stay unless we paid a "destination fee". I emailed expedia with no help on the issue. The floors were kinda dirty the shower made...

「Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. 」

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」
