"Rooms were not very clean, water park was falling apart and outdated, staff was kind of rude, housekeeping pushy to get you out of your room everyday when really you’re on vacation and it makes you feel rushed which isn’t relaxing- wait staff standing around doing nothing while other staff ran circles around, it was very odd, they seemed irritated that my husband and I were standing around waiting for dinner to start yet they were standing around doing nothing and suposed to be working- the magi quest was stupid, outdated and kids got in the way of people walking while trying to cast spells it was inconvenient, hot tub was filled with leaves and little kids, very inconvenient and uncomfortable the amount of people in the hot tub, food was good though. "

"The front desk staff was great. But it was pretty gross when asking for different towels when the housekeeper was touching used towels with her bare hands. Also, there are kids and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I think it needs to be better managed of where to put kids where they are not gonna be adults."
