"I don't write too my reviews, but the staff here are exemplary. They are easy going, hospitality focused, and nothing is too much trouble. The one-hour daily social hour with free beer, wine, cocktail of the day, and non-alcoholic drinks for the kids is really nice. It really does make everything more social and everyone's in such a good mood. Drinking a glass of wine and roasting marshmallows (with a s'mores kit also provided free of charge by the hotel) while kids play ping pong or foosball puts us into vacation mode instantly. They also gave us a later checkout (1 hour later) so our kids could spend an extra hour that morning at the beach and still get back to hotel on time for a quick shower before check-out time. Though it's only an hour, little things like that really makes the difference. As guests, you feel the effort and it just makes everything so much more pleasant. Compared to hotels who nickel and dime you for everything (which many places are these days), this is a very refreshing change. Keep up the great work! We recommend this hotel and will return for another staycation soon."

"Arriving the Valet was welcoming and helpful. The bellman/cart made it easy to get all our belongings up to our room. Check-in staff were friendly, smiled and were very informative of the surrounds in and outside the hotel. We had a room facing the South pool with a partial ocean view on the 6th floor which had a 2 seater balcony to enjoy (I highly recommend these rooms.). The beds were nice and the amenities in the room were nice.. mini fridge, modern coffee maker / TV (plus we request a mini microwave which they brought to the room). The beach is directly across the road, with a nice path from the pool area down to the intersection light, a very nice way crossing over to the beach. The beach was nice with waves. And we went in the evening and caught a beatiful sunset over the pier to the North. I highly recommend going at the time right before sunset. Most people leave before as they were there all day. Another suggestion.. the Spa massage. Spend a day in therr. Make an appointment.. its worth every penny! Sauna, hot tub, steam room and privacy places to sit and let go. Another fun fact, the pool had professional water slides and everybody loves it! If youre hungry, Dukes at the pier came highly recommended and had something for everyone, including the kids, to eat! I highly recommend this Hilton hotel & spa. We will definately be back again! 5* AAA Over all. (4* stars) Need to clean up the drink cups, etc. around the pool/hot tub. 😉"

"We loved staying at this property. We are a family of 5 that was in town for our daughters softball tournament. This property accommodated us perfectly. It is at the North End of Newport Beach which is much quieter and private. The ease of access to the beach off the back porch made it feel like our own private beach. The hosts communicated via text promptly and occasionally checked in to ensure all was running smoothly. The property had everything we needed. We are from Scottsdale, Arizona so were a little stressed that there was no AC but it wasn't an issue in the SLIGHTEST. The windows all have screens so we left them open comfortably and slept soundly with the ocean breeze. Mind you, there was a heat advisory during our stay and it was still more than comfortable. Some of my favorite moments were having all of my kids sit around the fire pit as we watched the sunset. We cannot wait to return!"
