「This property is in the perfect location. With the gas station across the street for anything we needed and then just minutes from the campground where we had family staying. We went to get new linens and they were out but they promised to have them delivered to our room before we got back and they did.」

「I wouldnt say they were welcoming to pets. They charge you a pet fee. Then they threaten to charge you an additional fee if your dog barks. On top of that you cant leave your dog in the room. The room its itself definitely needed updates the white paint om the wall was yellow. There were tons of spiders and bugs on the ceiling. The room smelled terrible when we walked in like cigarettes and cheap room freshner. The light bulb was blinking. The sheets were stained and we did not get under the...

「We loved our stay at Starlight Haven! It was perfect for a weekend anniversary trip. The keypad to enter the door was a little tricky - as the buttons are hard to select - but we figured it out quickly! It was a little hot for our liking and some small bugs entered the tent, but that is to be expected given the setting. Highly recommend! 」

The only complaint I had is very minor - I noticed an area in the bedroom by the door that had quite a few bugs that should have been swept before I checked in. It's not the end of the world. 「Property was okay, nice room. We were there for 3 days, and not once did we have housekeeping come in to get dirty towels, etc., or check to make sure we had coffee for the coffee maker, clean cups, or anything else that is "normally" done when a room is rented. I don't care that the beds weren't made, much less clean bedding, but the little amenities weren't even done that you would have expected at a motel. I surely would not recommend the Joplin Inn to anyone, because of the aforementioned...
