"I found it to be an incredibly pleasant stay. The location was amazing, the staff really went above and beyond expectations to help with issues, even those non-hotel related. Professional cleaning, daily restocking of amenities, and a very reasonable rate for its location. It may not be the fanciest hotel around, but, if you want a place that truly feels like Southern Manhattan then you really won't find better vibes in the area. It just had that authentic New York feel to it. It is located less than a two minute walk from a Subway entrance. Trust me, if its a first time in New York, easy subway access is a massive perk."

"The front desk staff were wonderful and very friendly. The restaurant staff though, I asked them if they could accommodate me for eating by cutting up my food by cutting into small pieces being I have no front teeth and basically only I tooth to chew with, and they said no problem. After waiting about 1/2 hour they brought out my food my burger was cut into 1/4’s. I told the person that brought out my food I wouldn’t be able to bite into it so he took it away and brought it back now cut into 1/8’s which was still not what the first person said they would do for me. He then said well then there was nothing else he could do, so I left. I walked past the front desk and I asked where else I could eat and she asked what happened and I told here so she called the restaurant to talk to staff to see and she would help me and they said it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours because they were down to 1 person working. I never did get any food."
