Located on Curtin University campus, so it has lots of amenities, the local has paid parking, will likely need a car to travel, but it does have a bus route, not as convenient if you want to be it the city all the time, unless you do drive.

I booked for an event at curtin university and the hotel was situated across the road from the venue. Very convenient with IFA on the doorstep as well as some great little cafes. The room was very spacious as we booked a two bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Surprised to find this hotel as it is located within the grounds of Curtin University. It was very clean, comfortable rooms and beds, and blissfully quiet. Immediately outside there are a selection of small restaurants and takeaway as well as a very close IGA supermarket. Only criticism is no on site laundry facilities that I could find.

This is my 4th stay. I love that its in a quiet location and has many dining options around. I did however find the cleaniness of the hallways not great. It looked as if it hadn't been vacumned since id been here two weeks prior. Left me wondering how well room was cleaned. Other than this it was a great stay and would recommend.

Excellent stay as usual except ….

Our second stay in this lovely hotel in the space of 10 days. Nice quiet location within the Curtin University campus and pleasantly surprised the students all living around the hotel (mainly international) were quite studious as no late night drinking or gatherings, very peaceful! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we never heard our neighbours. This second visit however was marred by a cockroach infestation in our room and we would have killed at least a dozen over our two night stay. This was reported to reception on check out, so hopefully this incident will be resolved quickly.

An unexpected diversion to Perth

We booked this room pretty late after having to cut a European trip short and needing to transit Perth overnight on our way to SA. For a one-nighter in Perth this more than met our needs. Near new, modern, and clean - it was pretty good(without having any bells and whistles), and well priced for the Perth region. It's within the precinct of Curtin University, and has a great vibe about it. Some cafes nearby too in the morning if you want a quick bite. The one problem we found was that the fridge wasn't plugged in - a bit disappointing but I'm sure could have been easily remedied.
