「It's a pretty simple first floor apartment with the owner living upstairs. It's bigger than expected. Decent location about a 20-minute walk to downtown. 」

「The location was perfect for exploring the Lake Champlain area! Close to go biking on the causeway and kayaking on the lake. David and Renee were so friendly and welcoming- the loft had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book a return visit!」

「It was great. Everything about it was easy, comfortable, and pleasant. It was so nice to sit privately outside. It was so close to the places we wanted to see and visit.」

「The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. 「Owners's home. Stay in suite with private shower and sink, access via sliding doors to nice patio on the west side with distant lake view. Very nice and communicative hosts. Appreciate the hospitality. No access to kitchen/coffee etc, more like a hotel room within a house, but relatively affordable and very close to UVM campus, short walk to our son's dorm.」
