Mazzini Twenty House

Mazzini Twenty House is a functional and bright apartment, suitable for all types of travelers, and offers a modern and comfortable welcome in the heart of Pescara, just a few steps from the city center.
The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator and consists of a kitchen equipped with dishes, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, living room with sofa bed and TV, double bedroom and single bedroom as well as a full bathroom and closet.
The house, equipped with Wi-Fi and heating, can accommodate up to 4 people and is reserved for non-smokers.There is no air conditioning.
The house will be entirely at your disposal, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort during your stay. Every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Take care of it, you are welcome! . Very well located apartment. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, and shops. Dozens of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Bus and train stations are just a 5-7 minute walk.
