"Clean room very friendly staff will be staying again "

"Pets are allowed, but the fees are incredibly misleading and misrepresented at best. The fees are listed as $50 deposit and a $10 pet fee. These are written separately. And it doesn't say non-refundable deposit. It says deposit. I was told at check in that it was a "non-refundable deposit". Which I pointed out that was not what the listing says. He said he'd mention it to management. Because of the late hour and storms, and that I had pre paid the room, I had no other option but to stay there for the evening though I expressed my dissatisfaction a couple of times and will follow up with management myself. The property was newer, mostly clean except for a large puddle of water on the floor by/under the bed and a smear on the sink handle. "

"We were rather disappointed with our on-night stay, to be honest. We were expecting more from staying at an Omni Hotel. The room had a bad smell from the carpeting. The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged. We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill."

"The check in staff, Tyler was extremely friendly and helpful. When we went to our room, it was very cozy and had a huge bathtub! It was great soaking in it after being in the car for over 12 hours. The beds were so comfortable that I slept through the night. The shower in the morning, was fantastic. It felt great having the water beat on your back! We saw in our room that there was a postcard from the area so we filled it out to send it to family back home and put a stamp on it. When I went to checkout, the lovely young lady told me when I asked where the nearest mailbox was and she told me that I could leave the postcard and she will have the morning staff put it in the mailbox first thing. The breakfast was delicious. There was oatmeal and grits. There was sausage and eggs, several choices for bread, plus make your own waffles. There was yogurt and juices as well. The experience was great and we would go there again. "
