Perfect location for our visit

WE stayed for Villanova family weekend with my sister and her family. The house was real close to our daughters senior house so we could walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable and it was great having access to a kitchen to store refrigerated items for our taigate on campus. I would defeinitely stay here again when available.

Great Location and House

House is just as seen in the pics with everything you need. We walked to La Colombe coffee and the bagel shop every morning which is just a five minute walk. But the kitchen is fully outfitted if you wanted to cook in. King beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book here again! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful House

Very nice house, perfect for us, helpful to have the driveway for parking 3 cars with room to spare. The only problem we had was that we could have used instructions on the thermostats. The house was over 80 degrees and we thought that heating was just from the dual units, so we turned those down, but then realized there was a separate thermostat in the dining room for the radiators. The one dual unit in the dining room was stuck on heat, but the house did go to a normal temperature and the fans in the bedrooms were very helpful. Everything else was great, nice kitchen, convenient to Wawa for breakfast and train station for our Philly day trips to the convention center. Would definitely recommend. Left a raincoat behind, host is checking with cleaning crew and hoping I can pick that up, was glad to get a quick response.

Nice house in an area with few options, communication lacking

The house was quite nice - no complaints. However, the property manager did not respond to multiple inquiries in the weeks prior to arrival; in fact, there was no communication at all after I paid the (non-refundable) rental cost, until the morning of the rental. (In my experience, most property managers send a note a week ahead, and respond to any inquiry within 2 days.) And they sent final instructions about departure 6 hours before checkout time, but we'd already left the property; those instructions should have been left at the house or delivered at least 24 hours prior to departure. I'm not sure I'd stay again; location is great and house was nice, and in an area with few other rental or hotel options. However, I'm not sure what we'd have done had anything gone wrong at the property - I doubt there would have been a timely response. I have the /impression/ that the property owner/manager is in Europe.

Great property for a great price - but no communication

We were 5 adults staying here for a conference, but there were only 3 towels laid out for us. When we tried communicating with the owner using the email provided in the guidebook, and also replying to a prior message from the owner, we never got a response. There was no phone number provided, so we were stuck. We had no time to go out and buy towels so people dried themselves with a sheet. I expected more from such a nice property. It's obvious there was a lot of attention to detail and the property was super clean, but the communication was non existent - so you'd better hope there's no problem while you're there.
