"What a great hotel in a great location! Easy walking distance to so many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful. They have a helpful and friendly staff and the rooms are spacious and very clean! The process very reasonable for a city hotel like this. I would highly recommend The Windsor Suites and will definitely stay there again! And our little four legged companion that joined us agrees! "

"Room provided great view of the river. We appreciated the ample onsite parking. We found breakfast buffet options a lot better than the dinner options. We were surprised that there was only one rolling desk chair in the room but no club chair for a 2 queen bed room. It seems like a small thing until you have a senior guest that needs sturdy seating. Front desk was unable to provide a chair upon request. We requested a bulb for the floor lamp that wasn’t working and are still waiting. They offered complimentary coffee bar and concession shop coupons for the inconveniences. Staff seemed a little stressed; most pleasant was the porter who took our luggage to our vehicle. Overall not a bad stay, but would definitely expect more from the Hilton brand name."
