I was unable to stay at this property. We arrived and were immediately on edge. It looked like an unsafe area, and the blinds in the windows were broken. After parking, we entered through a broken gate. We were given a code to enter the building and that worked. Our reservation was for apartment 1, but the codes listed said Apartment 1A and 1B. The door said Apartment 1. By the time I figured out what we needed to do, we had been locked out by the system. The system also beeped at us that the battery needed to be changed. It took 10 minutes through the app messenger for the host to reply. During that time, cars had pulled up around us, and they were just sitting there with their lights on us. We were quite uncomfortable for our safety. The message back from the host did not offer to reset the code box, so we left and stayed elsewhere. When I told the host we didn't stay there because we didn't feel safe and we couldn't get in, the host told me they had already sent the codes to get in.
I have no idea what it looks like inside this property because I wasn't able to get in.
