“We got in fairly late and realized once we had changed for bed we had no glasses. Then the next morning after a shower we realized we had no bath towels. (Try drying off with a hand towel)
We were a little concerned that we would be accused of taking these things with us so we let them know at the front desk that they had been missing from our room. The girl at the front desk said that the towels were probably still in the dryer and I guess they didn’t make it to the room. No apology, just that……

“Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly……

“One desk clerk was not engaged, didn't speak clearly and was on his cell phone when we come in. Said he was too busy to get any carts collect bring in guest luggage. Pants half way down his ass.
Morning attendant for breakfast not dressed well for that job.
Our pillows were just thrown on the bed. Didn't look nicely made.”
