「Good sleep comfortable room」

「Good location for WVU baseball games. That being said… Room was not clean. There was a contact lens In the sink. Washcloth was brown. Shampoo bottle was used. The halls absolutely reeked of marijuana. Wasn’t easy to get out of the hotel due to traffic.」

「The elevator was broken and I had to carry my bags up to the 3rd floor. The shower floor and bathroom ceiling both had mold.」

「Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++」

「1. There was trash everywhere. We were there three nights and the trash wasn’t picked up in common areas… condiment packets squeezed out everywhere. 2. Amenities listed on Expedia and the resort website are not available. 3. Pool is advertised but covered with renovations and dirt. 4. Renovations are being done in one section. You never saw any workers. Guests have to walk through the section with open tiles with hanging wires and the smell of mold. 5. First room had no lightbulbs… second room...

「Clean room, staff pleasant, quiet」

「We stayed as we were driving through on a long roadtrip. It was perfect for us with our small kids. They even provided a rollaway bed for our youngest. The staff were friendly, property felt safe, and breakfast was nice. The options provided for breakfast were perfect for grabbing and taking on the go so we could get back on the road (breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, etc.). Would stay again!」

「The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.」

「If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.」

「The staff incredibly friendly. Saw one the maids go out of her way to help a senior citizen. The restaurants also very friendly but seemed to be understaffed for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay.」
