「We weren’t in the room much, admittedly. But the rooms were nice and location was amazingly convenient. 」

「The price was high considering the lobby is undergoing renovations and is inaccessible except for going outside the building in cold weather to get back inside. Add to that my room key did not work which required a second trip around the building with my luggage to get a new key(s). 」

「Staff was friendly. First room we were given the tub stopper was broke and the room smelled of smoke. The hotel was at full capacity, could only get hot warm if woke up early in the morning. 」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not let the false 8.5 rating fool you. We left immediately without staying and are getting a refund. The place was disgusting. Unprofessional from the beginning. Lady at the counter was doing what looked like personal laundry and had a large trash bag full of clothes spilling out behind the counter on the office floor. Hotel immediately gave off the vibe of ick. At first we thought it was just the front desk and we were tired so maybe it wouldn't be that bad in the room....

「Excellent excellent stay!! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Room was very clean with plenty of space, storage and pillows! Room is quiet too and the beds were luxurious. We slept so soundly. Breakfast is included from 6 to 10 am, buffett style, with choice of cereal, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, with rotating breakfast meats and potatoes. Coffee / tea / juice bar included. The dining area is large and comfortable. The hotel is bright and inviting...

「The view is what appealed to me about this particular hotel and it met my expectations! Also, this was the quietest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very spacious. It was also the biggest shower that I have ever seen in a hotel room. 」

「East parking and secure. Nice room with large fridge, plates, silverware, small stovetop to cook on and dishwasher. Really complete amenities for a hotel room. We were in town for our granddaughters basketball tournament and the staff worked with us to get us in our room a little early so we could get checked in and to the game with time to spare. Much appreciated.」
