"Broken items in rooms. Cushion seems to be missing from chair. Bed spring was in horrible condition! But staff were wonderful and food was great, although very expensive compared to mall food next door. All in all, a very pleasant stay and we definitely will stay there again. Favorite hotel in Philippines by far. Oh, the bridge to the mall was so fantastic to have!!!"

"Clean and friendly staff, I always want to stay here when I have to meet friends coz of the location is very convenient. The food was amazing, my husband loved it (dinner and breakfast we did). The only thing I wish they have was baby amenities like baby tub. I had my 7months baby with me and it was kinda hard to give him a shower 😅. But totally awesome stay! "
