Relax in this phenomenal 2.5-bedroom gem in Sun City. Located 12 minutes from State Farm Stadium & 15 minutes to P-83, this charming home is owned by a professional Interior Designer. With 2 queen beds, a twin bed in the study, heating, AC, WiFi, a hair dryer, a new washing machine and dryer, a barbecue, patio seating, and iron, this property has everything guests need for a comfortable stay. The home includes towels and bedding. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers. This home boasts an attached parking pad. While on the back deck, guests can relax to the sound of the water feature, enjoy their favorite beverage, and watch golfers Tee off. Three oranges and a grapefruit tree provide tasty winter fruit. Kickback, relax and enjoy everything Sun City has to offer.

This is a fifty-five and older community. This means one guest must be at least fifty-five.

Spring family gathering

Though and older home, it was nicely updated, very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed, in a central location close to our parents and other locations we needed. Quiet , safe neighborhood. Would stay again if we come back. Loved the bunnies and quail, and backyard view. Hosts were very helpful with all needs.
