If you appreciate a beautiful Camelback Mountain view - this is the home for you! You will love this classic Arcadia Ranch that has been remodeled and opened up for today's style of living. Two large living spaces: living room and a family room with a fireplace, and the huge island kitchen with newer GE Monogram stainless appliances make this home so livable - continue on to the three extra large secondary bedrooms with lots of storage and two hall baths and you'll see why this house is a winner! The split master with patio access, a zen bath and a huge walk-in closet will seal the deal. But wait...step out back into the HUGE yard. The stellar Arcadia location is walkable to The Henry and The Village - what more could you ask for???

We live in the area and selected this resort to stay at for 2 weeks while our house was being renovated. ProsThe house itself is in a very safe, wealthy established area. You are close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, hiking...etc. The house is very clean, upgraded and spacious. The linens, cookware, tv, shower, amenities, back yard space, garage, front door entry and A/C were all top notch. ConsThe communication with the owner was not 5 stars. I received an email from VRBO 48 hours prior to arrival that i should be receiving communication from the owner yo confirm everything. I didnt receive anything until i actually contacted VRVO after not receiving a text back from the owner when i texted them. That was the night before arrival.Then, on the day of arrival i asked if we could check in early. It's ok if we cannot! But the owner did not respond for hours... all the way up until about 2 hours before check in and said, the room will be ready at 4PM (which is the check in time)Then the day after we checked in the entire backyard flooded. We tried contacting the owner but no answer. We contacted the ciry of Phoenix and were on hold when the owner said its normal for Phoenix. Ive lived in Phoenix all my life (37 years) and never heard of that. A small dog or child coule have gotton hurt with how much water flooded. Overall, would stay again because of the house and location but just know you might not experience quick responses.

Newly equipped, clean and comfortable

We appreciated our stay at this property, which for us was an “extra” accommodation on top of a larger property we rented for a family reunion. Everything was clean, in fact, mostly new. Our only complaint, which we shared with the host and which was generally rectified, was that the kitchen was not really set up to support actually cooking a meal or a series of meals. We asked the host to supply some additional pots and pans and other miscellaneous things, and he did so right away, very responsively. I think he could continue to augment the kitchen supplies, and also include some outdoor furniture so the patio could be useable. Overall though, I would recommend this house as a very comfortable and clean accommodation in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location!

Had four out-of-town guests come to Phoenix and rented this lovely house as their accommodation. The location is fantastic, walking distance to some of Phoenix's best restaurants. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Loved it and will book again...

Perfect house, perfect location

This is the second time our family has stayed here, and it did not disappoint! The house is clean and very nicely updated with a huge yard which is pet-friendly. Also plenty of parking with a large garage and driveway. Beautiful neighborhood close to everything Arcadia and great for taking walks. The owner is AMAZING. So nice and truly caring. If I could give it more stars, I would. Our entire family is so grateful for the hospitality. A must-stay in a great location!
