We are on hauled water! We kindly ask our guests to be water-wise.

Indoor fireplace does not function. We have an outdoor fire area as an alternative. Please make sure to have a five-gallon bucket full of water and a hose nearby in the unlikely event of the fire getting out of control.

Next door neighbor has exotic bird. Squauks 2 or 3 times a day for 2-10 minutes (almost never at night). Can hear on the back patio, but not too noticeable indoors or courtyard.

Check-out time is 10AM. Failure to check out by this time means that guest must pay for an additional evening at the prevailing rate on VRBO if the property is available for that night, or $200 if the property is unavailable for that night.
