Reservation was changed day before check in-Be careful booking with RPP
We rented this unit 3/5/23 to 3/15/23 and paid in full October 2022 and confirmed with resort three times. The DAY BEFORE we were scheduled to check in the RPP People told us they had no opening for March 5th. We had to book another room at the last minute. Once were were able to check in on March 6th we were given a different room than we agreed to. The resort staff was very helpful but Resort Rental Pros were not available by phone and did not answer their phone. Beware!!

Online stated elevator access, when we arrived they had to switch rooms because it was only accessible by stairs(I'm handicap). Our keys quit working, check in person didn't put in the right check out date(even with me telling her twice) They need better parking. Overall our stay was good

Was disappointed that we had no balcony or view of any kind. The tub was so high to get in and out of. Could have used some updating. All in all we had a nice stay. The pool and facilities were very nice.

nice pool areas, staff all courtesy and prompt with requests
Nice and quiet unit, courteous staff, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and hot water, lovey resort and overall grounds are wonderful. Love the baclony and watching Arizona sunrise and sunset. A wide variety of birds and bunnies to watch. Nice clientle to visit with overall.
