Jeremy is a wonderful host! He is communicative and kind. The house was amazing and cozy. We absolutely loved the backyard!!! Would definitely recommend!

The photos did not reflect the actual condition of the house. It was poorly maintained - the yard was overgrown and not taken care of and the house was not taken care of either. CONS: Ceiling fans were full of dust, cob webs in the corners of the bedroom walls, holes all over the walls, kitchen sink faucet missing a handle so you could barely turn it on. Floors weren’t clean on arrival, there was debris on the floor from the poorly maintained front yard. Kitchen poorly stocked, bathrooms poorly stocked. Bathroom towels had stains. Only enough toilet paper for maybe a 2 day stay. The washing machine was smelly and made the kitchen smell, we had to close the laundry room door to help with the smell. The wood ceiling to the outdoor patio was rotting and falling. Outdoor furniture was very dirty and couldn’t be enjoyed. Old dog poop in the yard. PROS: Location was great, close to shopping, restaurants, anything you may need. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to requests. The two beds that we used were soft and comfortable. Check in/out was easy and simple. I personally would not stay here again.

Close to Utopia But Not Quite

It was an okay stay. We had to provide our own dish soap, dish rag, kleenex, and clothes detergent. There were only 2 tabs of dishwasher soap. The owner remotely controls the thermostat and it took a day and a half to get air conditioning. There are two big beautiful trees that cover the driveway. There is no access to the garage. After 13 days our car is a filthy mess with leaves, sap, and bird poop. It was nice that there was a doggie door, the family room and master had 5' long tv, and we were introduced to the Netflix channel for the first time. There are two nice seating areas in the backyard and the mornings were enjoyable to watch and listen to all the birds. Very quiet neighbors and mornings were enjoyable for long walks through the neighborhood. It is close to sports and entertainment events.

Close to Utopia house

Neglected and in need of TLC. No dish cloths, dish soap, laundry detergent on premises. No blankets on beds and it got cold at night.Yard was unkempt with dead and overgrown vegetation everywhere. Did not look like the picture on sight. Very poor lighting in living room,. Onlynone lamp

Fun little winter getaway

We stayed here because we were going to a wedding in northern Phoenix and have family in Glendale/Peoria. This was a nice little house with an excellent yard. Very easy access to loop 101. Also close to Bell road (where most restaurants are), P83 and Arrowhead town center. Downsides were that some of the essentials were not present. There was no baking sheet, aluminum foil, only 1 extra trash bag and only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. On the flip side, there were more than enough towels and pillows, and the couches and beds were very comfortable.

Good for a short stay

The house was in a quiet neighborhood but it's not set up for more than a few days stay. It had enough supplies like toilet paper and dish soap for a few days but wasn't well stocked.

Large House

Large House, simple check in process. The back yard was big. Pet friendly so that was my main reason for choosing this place. It had a doggy door allowing Remi in and out during the very hot days. It was decorated cute and the mattresses were all soft memory foam.

Awsome Property

This was my 1st Vrbo experience and it was what I expected and more. Jeremy was very accommodating with our requests and responded quickly. The property is in a quiet and SAFE neighborhood. The property was clean and had no clutter which made it feel like home instead of staying at my cousin's home. The kitchen has everything we need to make lunch and late night snack. We were there for a hockey tournament and having the backyard where we can airout our equipment was a plus. The property just made us feel like home so we could just relax an just take a nap after a hard hockey game. the home was well stocked so we didn't have to bring anything. We would return again. One more thing, the trees in front of the property kept our cars cool when it was 101 degrees. This was a great extra! Thank you Jeremy!

Great Spring training getaway

Close to everything (8 mins to Peoria Sports complex) in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Home was very clean and comfortable. Foam Pillow top mattresses in bedrooms were a bit too soft for our taste but that’s such a personal preference. Outside grill and BBQ utensils excellent (utensils were brand new). However backYard lawn maintenance needed some attention…maybe due to “rainy Feb” (for Phoenix). Excellent communication from property mgr. DISH network TV and good WI-FI connection/speeds. Towels and linens in very good condition and plenty of kitchen inventory ( dishes cups silverware glasses) and even two different coffee makers. Nice neighborhood to walk in (sidewalks and nearby park). Would select to stay again next season!

Spring training trip

Great location, great house and lay out. We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to retail and restaurants. Recommendation, maybe add more housewares to kitchen, i.e. toaster oven, serrated knife, bowls, etc. Otherwise, would definitely return soon. MG

Phoenix 2023

Overall the property was very nice and very pet friendly. The actual property was as advertised. The only recommendations we would have are: 1. Don't forget to send check in instructions 2. Leave a warning and scheduled time for the automatic sprinklers. 3. Add mixing bowels and steak knives and grill tools to the supplied utensils. 5. Add an extra gas bottle so don't have to move the same one between the grill and fire pit. 6. This was the first VRBO that we have stayed at that did not have a guest book for leaving comments.

Great location and value!

Excellent stay for a college visit for our daughter. Quiet area, nice layout, comfortable beds, and a great backyard area to retreat to after long days of city exploring! Would love to stay again!

Not as advertised

The pictures do not tell the true story. The yard was very messy and dirty. We booked the house for a two week getaway for us and our doggies. We arrived and immediately left. The backyard was an overgrown mess. Not safe for our dogs to play and enjoy. Very disappointing. We never stayed in the home but were never offered or given a refund.
