Perfect Accommodations for our Group

The property was perfect for our Family Reunion. We chose this location because we wanted to stay in place and be comfortable. The house was laid out perfectly for entertaining. We wanted to be outside with lots of available activities for every age. The outdoor space is amazing. There was a covered patio for those who didn't want to be in the sun and a pool and sun deck for those that did. We had putt putt, shuffleboard, and corn hole to name a few. There were stores and provisions close by. We had the best time. The house has anything and everything you could want. And the property manager was ready and willing any time we had a question. Highly recommend.

Nice Property but….

The outdoor amenities are very nice at this property. However, the pool was not warmed up until the third day of our trip. Also, the charge to heat the pool is very high. The interior of the house is very nice and accommodates large groups well. We did have an issue with a number of the appliances not working properly. The rental manager was very responsive, which was helpful, but it was still a hassle none the less. The most appalling part of the experience is there are no window coverings in one of the bedrooms. We had to rig up make shift window coverings just to allow the folks staying in that room not to wake up at dawn. This is not acceptable for the price of this rental - especially when this has been noted in other reviews.

Great pool, terrible beds and scant window coverings

If you are going for the pool, this is your house!! It’s amazing!! The beds are terrible and there are almost no window coverings. If you are looking to play pool or hang out in the dining room at night just know that everyone can see you! If you want to sleep after the sun rises or take a nap then pick another house. There are street lights that shine in the rooms and no blinds over the master tub.
