This was a pet friendly house. It was well stocked with staples and move in ready. The lease and check in process was impressively easy and efficient. There were only 2 of us so we only used the master bedroom suite. The bed was comfortably firm . The layout of the house allowed for plenty of seating areas depending on the mood and circumstances. The tv living room could benefit from a recliner or two for watching movies and such but that may be purely personal preference. The lighting over the spacious dining room table could benefit from a dimmer switch. Again a personal preference for mood lighting. The outside patio was very nice and provided a relaxed area to host guests and read. The pool was a beautiful landscape feature but was only 3 ft deep. We didn’t use it anyway due to our handicap needs. The communication with the owner/agent was smooth and efficient even though she lived in another state. Thank you Tami for making the house available to us.

The house was super clean. It accomodated 4 adults and 2 children very well. We drove from 3 different locations to get together there. Tami the host mantained great communication with me. BUT the last message the host send me a week before our stay with address, door codes and such it also included some new information that wasnt disclosed in the posting. It specified that the pool was 3 ft tall. We went at the end of June beginning of July when Phoenix is the hottest so we wanted a pool so we could all enjoy. I confirmed with Tami if the 3 ft was a typo or if that was the real depth. She confirmed the 3 ft depth and kindly offered to fully refund me if that was going to be a problem. We found another property but before booking it, I wanted to make sure I was going to get my full refund first. I asked Tami and she responded that vrbo was a bit clunky to process a full refund, so we were not going to risk not getting a complete refund and decided to keep the reservation.I could give the house, the host a 5 star rating and give vrbo a 2 star for not disclosing that the pool is more like a soaking tub as you can see in the picture. It probably specifies how many gallons for the size of the pool, but for someone that is not familiar with that doesn't mean anything. If you are looking for a big pool to enjoy with a least 4 adults and 2 kids this is not the summer house for you.

Great home

Loved the home and the location! Everything you ever needed wasn't more that 25 mins away. The host was very responsive and gracious. The pool is only 3 feet deep and wasn't mentioned in the listing as such. I was disappointed at first, but it was wonderful for my grand niece and nephew and we didn't have to worry as much about them, so it turned into a positive.

Perfect family home

We gathered in Phoenix for our parents’ celebration of life and this home served as a perfect base for our adult kids and us just to reminisce poolside, play a little golf, and relax. The home was well stocked and everything was very clear. We were long time ahwatukee residents and it was great to be “home”.
