This beautiful North Phoenix property is nestled in a quiet residential community in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve foothills and offers 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths- 3 king beds & a bunk bed make this home an ideal location for couples or families looking to explore the valley. The main living area has an open floor plan with ample seating and has been designed with your comfort in mind. The well-appointed kitchen has been stocked to make cooking for your whole group a breeze.
The backyard is an entertainer's delight - work on your putt on the newly installed putting green, challenge a friend to a game of corn hole or jump into the sparkling pool & hang out on one of the loungers all with beautiful mountain views.
Conveniently located in North Phoenix, this property has ample dining, shopping, golf, mountain biking & hiking options nearby and has easy freeway access, making exploring other parts of the valley a breeze! No matter what brings you to AZ, this house has you covered!

Other amenities: This property is equipped with fast WiFi and smart TVs for your streaming needs- there is no cable TV, simply log in to your preferred streaming services and enjoy. Cozy living room with ample seating and large flat-screen smart TV as well as smart TVs in each bedroom. The large, well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook for and feed your whole crew! Indoor and outdoor dining options, as well as a breakfast bar seating.
The property also includes an iron/ironing board, cleaning supplies & an in-unit washer & dryer with laundry soap. Ping pong & corn hole provided with large backyard for activities - including a newly installed putting green! BBQ grill (propane provided) in the back yard. Garage has been converted into a game room, complete with smart TV and ping pong.
The property is stocked with all the essentials you need to make travel easy - plenty of towels (pool + bath), basic soaps & starter supplies of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dish pods.
The pool can be heated upon request- see additional details below.
Heated Pool: Must be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. Our pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.
