*There is a $60 per day charge to heat the pool/hot tub. If you are not interested in having the pool heated, please let me know at the time of reservation.
*Parties, gatherings and events are NOT allowed at any time.
*No swimming in the lake and no feeding wildlife (HOA RULE).
Feel free to fish (catch & release) right from our dock!
*No smoking inside home
*No pets are allowed
*Pool depth ranges from 4ft to 7ft deep. Due to the depth of the pool, children should be observed at all times.
*Access to the home is through a keyless entry.
There are two exterior cameras (one at the back of the house near the pool/dock, a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and a camera overlooking the driveway. This is for safety and insurance purposes. It is not to invade your privacy.
