This Lakefront property is less than 10 minutes away from Spring Training facilities, State Farm Stadium, Golfing and so much more! Come stay at a home that provides luxury living with top amenities!

The home includes a backyard retreat fully equipped with games, a putting green, paddle boat and pool/whirpool (can be heated for addt'| fee) for everyone to enjoy. We also supply fishing poles for those of you who want to give it a try from the dock! There is an indoor game room that includes a pool table, XBox, and a sit-down multi-game arcade unit, as well as a variety of board and card games.

THE PROPERTY
This lakefront home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It includes a kitchen, dining room, family room and game room.

The beautiful floor plan has views of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and there is enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The family room and game room are each outfitted with large 65" TV's if you decide on a movie night.

The home comes stocked with a limited supply of your standard necessities such as paper towel, toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and coffee pods.

THE LOCATION
This fantastic location is close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, hiking and golf courses. Some of the most sought-after attractions include Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor Waterpark, MLB Spring Training facilities/stadiums, AZ Cardinals Stadium/State Farm Stadium, Westgate and Arrowhead Malls/Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Arena, Camelback Ranch - just to name a few!

*There is a $60 per day charge to heat the pool/hot tub. If you are not interested in having the pool heated, please let me know at the time of reservation.
*Parties, gatherings and events are NOT allowed at any time.
*No swimming in the lake and no feeding wildlife (HOA RULE).
Feel free to fish (catch & release) right from our dock!
*No smoking inside home
*No pets are allowed
*Pool depth ranges from 4ft to 7ft deep. Due to the depth of the pool, children should be observed at all times.
*Access to the home is through a keyless entry.
There are two exterior cameras (one at the back of the house near the pool/dock, a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and a camera overlooking the driveway. This is for safety and insurance purposes. It is not to invade your privacy.

Thr property was nice, there was spider in the kitchen-not a big deal. We found ants the first night in the bedroom with the bunk beds- they led to cant wrapper under the bed on the floor. The stay was nice. We did get to relax and our whole family enjoyed the games and the pool. I would rent again in the future

Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful

I came down to Phoenix with a few buddies of mine for a golf tournament and stayed at this property. The actual property looked exactly like the listing which is a bonus for us because in our experience, that’s not always been the case. The property was extremely clean and the pool outside was extremely peaceful. The most impressive part for myself was the ease of checkin and the attentiveness of the hostess which was exceptional. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix

What a great place. Beds are comfortable, the entire house outdoors, and pool are incredibly clean. The house activities provided are perfect for downtime, as were the floaties for the pool AND the fishing rods. All around great place. We would highly recommend.

Peaceful and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the chain of lakes is so lovely. We were looking for a mix of nice weather and some ability to virtually work and that was easily accomplished. Stacy was a fantastic property manager and very responsive which is so appreciated. We would recommend as a lovely getaway location.

A great week in Glendale

We had a great week at this house in Glendale. The location was great, it was a nice quiet neighborhood, and my kids loved having the pool right in the backyard to jump into. We were all sad when it was time to leave.

Great stay, beautiful neighborhood

Communication with Stacy was fabulous; rooms, beds, bathrooms all very nice; the Keurig with coffee pods ready-to-go saved my caffeine headache the first day we arrived 😊, kitchen was stocked well- we cooked and grilled a couple of meals, putting green/pool/game room we're tons of fun for our family of 7. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not as warm as we had anticipated, which cut down our swimming time. We would certainly stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay - the location on the lake is so nice. Host were really nice and very responsive on everything. House was really clean - Master bedroom was large that was nice. Pool and spa are great! The house could use a few small updates but nothing that would stop us from staying here again without hesitation. Many restaurants close by and a nice grocery store just a few blocks away!

Spring Training Oasis

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property during the baseball spring training season. The house was and amenities were exactly as listed/pictured. Stephanie, the owner, reached out day one to make sure all of our questions were answered. Very clean property. Views were amazing. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Our kids ages 9 & 10 had plenty to do to keep busy. Grocery store close by. We would definitely come back!

Amazing Family Vacation!

We absolutely loved this property and had a blast for our family Spring Break. The house is set up perfectly to accommodate anybody. We had kids (8 and 12) and grandparents with us and everybody was was entertained with the amenities of the home. We fished, paddle boated, swam, BBQ’d, played pool, putted in the putting green, played video games and board games, watched movies on the huge TVs and spent lots of time just enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Plus the house is 5 minutes from hiking trails, grocery store and restaurants. And to make it even better, Stephanie, the owner was so quick to respond (within minutes) to every question we had. Awesome, just awesome! We will be back for sure.

Beautiful Vacation Home
