The formal living and dining rooms welcome you in this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home - Ideal for groups big or small!
The bright kitchen and family room sit at the back of the home, offering plenty of space for gathering and relaxing while overlooking the pool.

The basement game zone is a highlight! Equipped with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, basketball, and a small bar area with a second fridge, it's a paradise for both kids and adults.Two guest bedrooms are tucked downstairs: one with a queen bed and the other with a full-size bunk bed and trundle, perfect for up to 5 kiddos!

Upstairs, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a fun playroom cubby space in one of the guest rooms.
Every bedroom features its own TV, and the home is stocked with plenty of toys to keep the little ones entertained!

The pool and spa can be heated for $60/night (plus tax), or choose spa heat only for $25/nt (plus tax).

Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 adults and 5 kids ~

Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed, shares the second bathroom with bedroom 2. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Queen bed, shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): Queen bed, shares the third bathroom with bedroom 5. This bathroom has a stand up shower.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs): Full size bunk bed w/twin trundle. shares the third bathroom with bedroom 4. This bathroom has a stand up shower.

The half bath is located on the main level and has direct access to the backyard pool area.

There is a full-size futon located downstairs in the game room for additional sleeping space.

Parking ~
Parking is limited to four cars, there is one garage space available along with three in the driveway. The homeowner keeps one car inside the garage. We do not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind. Please no street parking.

Travel Made Easy

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only a 30-minute drive (25 miles), making your arrival and departure a breeze.
The Glendale Municipal Airport is just 15 minutes away for smaller, private flights.

Important: To finalize your reservation, before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
Rental properties cannot be used for any non-residential events such as large parties, corporate events, weddings, etc.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
