This spacious home has a master bedroom with a king bed, a master bath with a stunning glass surrounded shower, a door to access the backyard from the bathroom, a sliding glass door in the bedroom that looks out into the private yard, and a large walk-in closet. Two bedrooms are located down the hall from the master, 1 with a full-size bed, the other with 2 twin beds. A full bathroom is located conveniently next to the rooms.
The living room features a fireplace, a 75 inch TV, plenty of sitting area, stocked with board games, and is located next to our fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/wine bar and bar stools. The front room features a dining table that seats 6 and is a perfect space for entertaining. There is also a couch that has a full pull-out bed and a 45 inch TV. Located next to the kitchen is also a mudroom that has a full-size washer and dryer.
On the other side of the house, there are two bedrooms with a door leading to the hallway that can be shut to create complete privacy to those two rooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and they are located next to the third full bathroom with a door that also leads out into the backyard.
Enjoy your private, resort-style stay by relaxing with a glass of wine by the pool in a quiet neighborhood, making smores around the firepit, and soaking up the Arizona sunshine and dreamy sunsets. While also spending your day at a nearby spring training event, football game, or many other nearby attractions.
