“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palermo. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the lovely team of staff, and made our stay a fantastic one. Would definately stay again if we were ever to go back to the area.”

Zimmer geräumig und einfach aber schön eingerichtet - allerdings kein Safe im Zimmer. Abends teilweise sehr laut, da viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe - war für uns aber noch akzeptabel (für Leute, die Ruhe lieben, ist……

“My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.”

“Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and……

“Very friendly staff. Excellent location, most attractions within 2 to 19 minutes walk. Nice roof top patio with views for breakfast. ”

“This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. We……

“Hotel is not manned all the time, but the team are a WhatsApp away. Clean hotel but, state of repair in the room we had was in need of attention ( cracks, water marks, dents ) Minimal breakfast choice but more than acceptable. Location is close to main thoroughfare.”

“Wonderful property in the heart of Palermo. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We booked our stay one hour before we arrived due to a VRBO host cancellation. They greeted us with rooms ready, walked us through the amenities and stored our luggage for several hours after we checked out. A nice, smaller hotel that had a variety of rooms to accommodate the five adults in our group. And the breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. Cannot say enough good things about our stay……

“This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room……
