"This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list."

"The location & comfort of this townhouse was exactly what I needed for a 3 day basketball tournament. It is a few minutes outside of the main city but was very close to the tournament facility. The layout of the townhouse made it great for me to have quiet space while the 3 teens I had could relax & good off after the games. So much better than a hotel & restaurants. "We stayed a week at this condo while looking for a house in the general area. Location was very convenient. We liked looking out over the golf course and the Keowee Club golf was nice, meals were good. Kitchen, dining and FR were fine. Very small bathrooms, queen bed made it tight for two adults. Closets were packed with stuff and towels were minimal."
