"Absolutely great in nearly everything. Pool didn’t have towels, had to ask twice, and chair in room had the corner tattered like a dog clawed and messed it up. But loved the black out curtains, tvs, seperate bedroom, kitchen area, breakfast in the a.m. top notch "

"This was my first time to stay in a downtown hotel where you don't walk into the front desk on the ground floor, but this works. You park your car, then take the elevator to the fourth floor to check in. Dog decor---quirky and fun! Modern design, super-clean room and bathroom. Excellent location! I would definitely stay here again if I were in this city. "

"At check in I was asked for a card to charge me $50. They mentioned $3 a day fee and incidentals. They couldn't clearly explain this. I paid it. Upon check out I was nicely told by someone else that this $50 would be refunded once check out was complete. It was back in my account that afternoon. However, the $3 a day equaling $9 was then charged to my card. I just would appreciate all fees charged up front at time of payment instead of a surprise at the check in desk."

"Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, extra items requested were brought to my room quickly and the bartender on duty was very polite and hospitable…didn’t rush me and brought a much needed smile on my face! "

"Hotel seemed old…. Our bathroom door had a doorknob that was falling off…. There was dust on the trim of the bathroom door….. the first room that was assigned to me had a tiny window and it was located in a tight corner with a bank of air conditioners blaring …. And there were three men in my room working on the Wi-Fi … I knew my friend with PTSD would not have survived the weekend esp with the noise and lil window … a trip to the front desk and they happily changed my room and apologized …. Will definitely come back"
