“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am writing this review to warn everyone so you don't go through the disaster we experienced. When we booked this room, the listing clearly stated "Sleeps 4". We arrived as a family of four—two adults and two young children. However, upon check-in, the host ridiculously claimed that we had "two extra people" and demanded we pay additional fees on the spot. How does a family of four exceed a capacity listed for four?!
