「We had a great stay at the maritime hotel. Great staff, and the room had great western views towards the Hudson (small sliver of a view of the river) and a few fantastic buildings by Heatherwick, BIG, Nouvel, and Gehry….all from our little porthole window. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, mainly cheap croissants, but the coffee was good enough. The west village is one of the best places to stay in the city and we would happily stay here again.」

「It’s a great hotel, my only problem was that one out of the four elevators was down during my 4 day stay, making the wait for the elevator interminable. At one point we had to wait 25 min for the elevator.
The manager was not reachable, however Rachel at the front desk compensated us for the inconvenience by refunding us one night of our bill, it was a nice gesture, but the elevators waits truly affected the quality of the experience received at the Dominick’s.」
