“The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said. “It is an outstanding hotel. Fabulous finishes, pristine, new rooms. Great location and very walkable. Good gym and skilled spa professionals. Overall - nearly flawless. Two suggestions. “Been to Montreal at least 25 times and I will only stay here from now on; it was by far the beat hotel and has the most amazing breakfast! Staff were great and the overall hotel is well decorated. The room was excellent and more than comfortable. Lots of shopping malls around and not far from Old Montreal. Well worth the stay and price for what you get. Like I said, I will inly stay here when visiting Montreal again.”
