"Front desk staff rude and can’t be bothered with questions you have. Room that was booked wasn’t available. Had to wait for another to be cleaned. I had drove 7 hours to be told you can’t checkin. . Didn’t get a room til 4:30 which put me behind getting to the hospital to see my brother. "

"The stay was quiet and relaxing. Our only complaint is that the bed was incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. If the mattresses could be a bit softer, I would rate it five stars!"

"Though we didn't need those amenities, we were in the accessible suite and found it very comfortable. Breakfast was good. This place is on our list for stopping as we come through next year."
