Generous size rooms, very clean, pleasant staff, comfortable beds and quiet. Our room was the first one next to a very busy road. We hear nothing from inside the room.

We only were in town for 1 night, the room was clean, we had a double room and only 2 towels and there were only 3 decaf coffee pods. Other than that it was a nice hotel for the price. Good location, close to the venue we visited.

I was surprised how much I liked this hotel given the relatively low cost. The rooms were on par with higher cost chain hotels. There's a Mexican restaurant on the 4th floor which was good and covenient for us. No real breakfast options but they have coffee in the rooms and a Wendy's on the corner.

We came in a big box truck for work and stayed here. Plenty of food options around and the condition of the hotel, while is under construction, is still very good. Having a pretty nice Mexican restaurant on the top floor is also a very big plus. Food came out very quickly and was very well prepared. My only real complaint was the water pressure. But that is extremely minor in me just being nitpicky.

Overall, is a very nice room for the price, comfortable. The desk chair was small and minimalistic, but served its purpose, but would stay there again and would give it a four out of five rating. Front desk people at check in and check out, were pleasant, attentive, and serviceable.

Super nice staff. Easy check in and out. Clean. Needs cosmetic care; which they are in the process of fixing. Nice place, super close to work, felt safe traveling alone.

Not very happy this time.
We reserved a king room with balcony. Didn't get a balcony room cause they said they had none available so receptionist was accommodating and gave us a room on the 1st floor that was supposed to be quiet. Well... it was a queen size bed and not a king and then I was woke up at 7am to pounding and whatever they were doing in the supply closet it whatever they were doing in the employee only door that was connected to our room.

We had a very good overnight stay on our way to Atlanta. It looked like the hotel was undergoing some much needed exterior repairs. The room was very good and clean. The staff at the desk was helpful and friendly. We know we have a good place to stay if we have other opportunities to visit Pikeville.
