A beautiful place with peaceful surroundings. The spa was wonderful and the massages and treatments were great. There are a few little things that could be improved upon but it is still a very nice place to stay and enjoy the spa and meals.

The temps dropped to 50s F and the room I was in didn't have a thermostat. After freezing the 1st night I told the front desk and they told me they would turn it on. It came on for the 2nd night, I froze again the 3rd night as the heat wasn't turned on. I would never stay there again. Breakfast was nothing but pastries no silverware on tables.

Bien pero no se puede dormir Porq hay mucho ruido dado q la habitación q nos tocó daba a la ruta y dicha habitación no tenía doble vidrio, lo q entorpeció el descanso. Por otra parte la calefacción muy alta en la habitación. El hotel es hermoso pero debería tener doble vidrio y el tema de la calefacción a tener en cuenta…

Lindo lugar, aire acond malo y demora para comer

El Lugar es hermoso, pero el aire acondicionado es central y hay que pedir para que lo prendan, y a veces no lo prendían porque otras habitaciones pedían que lo apaguen, deberían buscar la manera de descentralizarlo. Por otro lado, si comes en el hotel tenes unos 40 min mínimo para que te traigan la comida, y nunca había más de 5 o 6 meses... Finalmente el wifi muy malo, ni deberían poner que tienen wifi porque no llega a ningún lado... Estos puntos la verdad que restan mucho... una pena

A great place to stay.

amazing staff and owner. the food was excellet. The beef and pork, I will definitley miss. Although the internet was a bit spotty in one or two rooms, the staff were very accommodating. The location made it easy to travel to various locations. Hamsa spa was a refresing and new part of the hotel. the outer courtyard well manicured and the pool inviting. 10/10 would stay again. and would make an extra effort to stay as it was a nice experience.
