"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Spacious and clean private space with excellent air conditioning. A nice outdoor area, with a beautiful resident white cat (please consider giving her some treats, she's so lovely!) Quiet and peaceful setting behind a bigger hotel. A very nice shower with waterfall and detachable heads. The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more. "Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a gorgeous setting. The views are breathtaking taking. Very conveniently located to a public beach which is a really good beach, we visited frequently. The hotel is well located near the main town and lots of local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed."

"The view is beautiful and right in front of the ocean. The room is properly cleaned every day and comfortable. The manager MR Vasilis is being very helpful. One little thing to mention: the contact number on the website are out of date, before one week of our arrival, it’s almost impossible to get any responses as we need ed to sort out late arrival arrangements, we did panic. But once we are able to get hold of Mr Vasilis, communication was nice and smooth, he replied all questions promptly. Nice place to stay with very reasonable prices."

"The hotel is clean and in a quiet place with outstanding views over the bay. The staff iare lovely and welcoming , who were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved this hotel so much we stayed for a second night in a pool villa which I would definitely recommend doing. We come back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others."

"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. Instead, guests were expected to go and ask for these things themselves. All rooms come with private pools, which sounds fantastic in theory. However, most are overlooked by neighbouring rooms and balconies, meaning they offer very little actual privacy. The pools are also too cold to comfortably enjoy in the evenings, limiting their usefulness outside the hottest part of the day. From what we could see, only the top-floor rooms provide the secluded, private-pool experience that many guests would reasonably expect. The included breakfast was also disappointing. While there was a reasonable selection, the overall quality was below what we expected from a hotel of this standard. In fact, it left us with little confidence in the food offering and was one of the main reasons we chose not to dine in the hotel during the evenings. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with great facilities, but the service lacks the attentiveness and polish expected of a luxury property, and the food offering did not live up to the quality of the surroundings."
