「We booked the biggest room and the surface is not near the advertize one. They tell you the room is for 4 people but its clearly for 2. Impossible to sleep at 4 even with young kids. They sell you a king size bed which is a simple double bed. And then they tell you: price is 72 USD with a 50% off promo so now it's 36 USD. 「A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

「It's an excellent stay in Bali, love the hotel, it's very exclusive and the view of the swimming pool is so nice! Staffs are very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay a lot! You have to go there for at least 1 night if you are going to Bali!」
