「To start off with we were told that I could pay extra if the room was clean and we could move into it earlier, say 1 o’clock. But if we moved in at 2 o’clock, there would be no extra charge. Unfortunately I don’t know if they were short of staff or what happened. We arrived to have lunch at about 1130 or noon and we had to wait around until 530 before our room was ready. Normal check in time we were told was supposed to be 4 o’clock. Also, I rented two poolside rooms and the phones did not work...
