“No instructions in room to contact any staff, lights not working, not enough hanging racks for towels and swimsuits, very slippery tub with only 1 grab bar. Met lady who had been going to resort for 7 years, she stated resort is really seeing its age, and would not be returning.”

“**Valet Car Damage. Be Aware** Stayed at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa (March 20–26, 2026) and had a very disappointing experience related to valet service. Due to the Senior PGA event, valet parking was suggested. Unfortunately, while my vehicle was in valet custody, it was damaged. They hit a bus or one of their tour buses hit my vehicle.. At the time of pickup, valet staff acknowledged the incident and apologized, indicating the vehicle had been struck while under their care. However,……
