“I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. “I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. “You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. “María is a great hostess, she welcomes you very nicely. She makes you feel good and part of her family. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. “We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and this was by far our worst experience. The pictures have to be altered! There were big stickers all over the walls to cover blemishes, water damage, etc… The condo is not in a great area. There are bars on the windows and doors. It was in complete disrepair.
