「Accurate description comfortable bed」

「This property is very nice considering its reasonable price. It’s not right in the middle of the downtown museums/attractions but we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see with less than a 15-20 minute walk. There are some fun restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. We had great and timely communication with the property owner and we had no issues during the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience downtown Philadelphia. Thanks!」

「We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. 「Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location.」

「Overall our stay was very nice. Property was clean and pretty much updated. Only a few small details need to be addressed. Plenty of towels but only one hand towel in the bathroom and no wash cloths. No hand towels in the kitchen as well as no trash bags for the trash container. Nice washer and dryer but what appeared to be a container for laundry pods was empty. All in all, it was a nice stay. Just some little things that maybe need to be addressed by the cleaning crew.」

「Great stay, clean, walking distance to many good spots」

「The amenities were more then plentiful. We stayed over night after a show at the met so location was amazing. The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again if we have another show.」

「The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not. 「Gladys was an excellent host. She realized my original rental was double booked. She quickly provided me with an upgrade and another rental at the same location. The place was great and had convient parking. Will definitely stay again next time in Philly.」

「Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. Location was within 10 min of where we needed to be and Reading Terminal Market was close by. 」

「The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school.
