Annual Family Trip

We have been coming here the last three years in a row because of the proximity to a house my parents stay in next door. The property meets all our family needs. We love the addition ohe bunk beds in the second room

Annual Family Trip

This was our annual family trip, and we returned to this property for our second year. Our family rents the cabin just behind this property so it is very convenient going back and forth between the two properties. The house is very comfortable, and clean, and has all the amenities needed for a long weekend. We plan to make this an annual trip and keep coming back to this property.

VRBO on the cheap (but not costwise)

The pictures looked better than what we came to see. The cabin was very dark, needs better lighting. We found spiders in the bath tub twice over the weekend. Smaller spiders in the sinks. Just felt like this was a vrbo on the cheap with little to no amenities. No cushions on the chairs at the outside table. Expected a Keurig coffee machine but just had a regular coffee maker. Dishes smelled had to wash before use. Worst yet we had to haul out our own trash and pay to dump it. We didn't spend much time at the cabin thankfully. Bed was comfortable. Felt like they were vrbo

Flies, Flies and Flies

After our trip I had written the representative from Evolve, with no response. There were an unbelievable amount of flies in the property. So much so that we had to purchase Raid and fly swatters (which we left for the next renters) to keep their numbers down. We had to keep the windows closed, but they still got in! We swept up the carnage of dead flies ever so often or there would be dead flies crushing between our bare toes! GROSS! Otherwise the property was clean and in a pretty good space.

Pinetop Rental

This property needs a lot of work on the outside. The inside was very nice and clean. And the location is wonderful! It’s a double wide mobile. The front porch is sagging, steps up are a safety hazard. Both Arcadia screens were broken and off track and front screen was ripped. 😟 We were supposed to carry out our garbage when we left, but in the meantime, there is no can to put it in? We couldn’t leave on the porch because of animals. It made it very difficult. I had to find a place to take it to every other day. 😡 That being said, it’s located in a beautiful area - very quiet and peaceful! The inside has been updated and is very nice.

Family Vacay in the Pines

Property was very nice and owner was responsive. A little challenge working through a third party for booking and confirmations though. Some minor updates could make this place perfect for extended stays. Very beautiful and clean though.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath located in a quiet neighborhood in Pinetop. Loved our time in this little gem.
