"My communication with Mrs. Keisha at the beginning was perfectly fine. It was once we both found out that dogs were brought onto the property that it became messy. She told me that the pets were fine and would allow the pets, WITHOUT an extra fee. Then she went back on her word and is now trying to get money she said she would not charge. "We loved our stay at Katie’s Place. The house was perfect for our gathering. Very spacious with plenty of space to gather. We enjoyed the back patio and will definitely stay there on our next visit to Alexandria."

"Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. "

"Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!"
