"The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much."

"A great place to spend time with friends and enjoy the trails in and around Bentonville. Dirt Haven had everything we needed! Our group of 9 adults enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and the entire layout! Very comfortable for larger groups compared to many other rentals we have stayed at. The driveway easily fit 4 vehicles, and the 2 car garage was perfect for our 14 bikes in total! Many hooks to hang your bikes or bags! The park/dog park is also right across the main street plus Red Kite...

We saw deer and a bald eagle which was really cool! The view was amazing! We loved everything about this cottage! Just be very careful with the stairs. "No wi fi, couldn't get our cell phones to work until we left the neighborhood. The three steps in had no bannister ( problem for my husband who walks with a cane). No grab bar to get in and out of tub. Otherwise, had a nice clean room and a good bed. Probably great for a younger couple if they don't need wi fi."

"We celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday with 13 people, ranging in age from six to ... 70. :) Everything was exactly as described. The kids and younger adults had a great time in the pool, and everyone enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking out the kayaks and paddleboard. It was nice to have so much space to spread out in, but even when we were all on a single floor, it felt like plenty of room. Would definitely rent the house for family again."
