“The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was filthy. The bathroom had no soap dish, the doors were damaged, and water was leaking from the floor. When I arrived, the bathroom was wet as if someone else had just used it. The walls were dirty! Terrible decision. There was no manager to complain to.”

“just wanna say the ocean water is warmer than this so called hot tub haha the rooms were decent and the property is ok . was a decent place to stay for the price, but don't plan on using the hotub haha ”

“Room was clean nothing to bad to complain about the rooms staff was ok even though they have you wait long to order or come to you. Pizza stop was great they greeted us and answered all questions we had. The front desk was unorganized after seating 4 hrs on the plane to get to the hotel which we got here at 1245 hoping i can get early check in they made me wait 4 hrs for a room even after check in was at 3pm we were not happy . It took til almost 4 to get called for a key and the line was……

“The hotel itself is located along a busy stretch of expressway a couple miles from SJU airport. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pedestrian overpass has about 25 steps on each side.. not for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was not working. Parking is very limited. Check in was fast and efficient with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was comfortable though kinda small. Nice bed and large walk in shower. Nice little pool with bar……

“This place was a nice get away ”

“I paid $225 per night for six nights to not have my bed and towels changed at all. Other guests or people outside fighting and yelling most of the nights. No air conditioning, just waking up in a sweat. Water not hot in the shower. Constant water running from the roof outside my door, and animals waking me up every morning at 4:00am. Aura House, Isa Verde, Puerto Rico is the worst place to stay.”

“Une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre. Ça sent l’humidité. Pas d’eau chaude. C’est loin d’être comme sur les photos. Nous avons été très déçus.”
