Great location. A little loud at times at night, maybe from being close to the University. Very nice little breakfast and very clean and pleasant rooms. A 20 minute walk to the train station and less than 10 to the Leaning Tower.

Luisa was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned for our enjoyment of the area. The room and common area were lovely. Enjoyed the water, coffee and small treats. She arranged for a taxi for us to the train station. Just lovely!!!!

Amazing stay

Lovely little place to stay in Pisa. Great location with just a 5-10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was amazing and great to be included in the price. Can’t fault the room - clean, modern and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Highly recommend - thank you!

A great place to stay in the very centre of Pisa. The property is super clean and very comfortable. Nice touches too like coffee pods, nice shower products, memory foam bed, good quality bedding and soft drinks provided for free. Very secure and safe. Great shower and air conditioning in the room too.

Cosy room, Pisa.

This was a very nice room in a good location. TV had You Tube, Netflix and much else. The rooms on the street side a little noisy at times but not a major problem. The early luggage drop off was most welcome as I could immediately procede to Pisa's main attractions.

The room was really nice, bed was super comfy, very clean and the property had good facilities. The amenities were very good - toiletries, drinks in the fridge, coffee machine. They let us check in half an hour early which was kind of them, but not having a reception or any staff on site does mean things don’t run as smoothly. We had a bit of a delay getting the information through to get into the room, but in the end it was fine. Only downside to the room was you get a fair amount of noise coming in from the hallway and outside. The lady we were in contact with was very kind and helpful. Overall a good stay. Thanks :)

Small noisy room

Photo shows much larger room than ours. Perhaps other rooms are larger. Very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but outside noise (lots of students at university) was terrible.

There is no reception and no staff on site. This property has three rooms and a communal area with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff is available via phone/whatsapp. It is clean and the room looked exactly like the photo. The location is great and the hotel only a few minutes walk from the leaning tower. Italian breakfast is available from a nearby coffee place. All rooms are on the ground floor and facing a small street with cars parking in front of the property. Unfortunately, I was woken up at night by a group of passersby.
